Job Responsibilities :
- Well versed in distributor handling as well as distributor sales management.
- Maintain the primary and secondary stock of distributor and help them in achieving targets.
- Managing the distributor's claims and payments from market as well as company.
- Responsible for the business targets of the territory
- Team handling experience and good management skills.
- Responsible for ensuring delivery of monthly primary, secondary territory sales through effective relationships with channel partners, business partners the extended work-force
- Experience in a similar position in FMCG particularly personal care category will be preferable
Qualification: Graduation is mandatory
